Fees

Unfortunately we are not a direct insurance provider. However, super bills may be provided for clients to self submit to out of network insurance benefits when requested.

We are a Step Up for Student Unique Abilities Scholarship provider. Services can be reserved under Holistic Family Occupational Therapy and will be directly billed to scholarship.

Payment is private pay only and due on the date of service.

Fees may be paid cash, check, zelle direct deposit, or stripe/paypal with additional processing fee. Fees vary by session length and service. Please contact us directly for current service fees. Typical in person assessment and intervention is 60 minutes. Intensive intervention sessions can be 90-120 minutes. Sessions are scheduled by appointment.
